摘要
虽然国家实施了严格的耕地保护政策,但耕地的加速流失及农民利益受损情况并未得到根本好转。运用文献研究法、描述性研究法及定性分析法,研究了我国耕地资源的价值体系及价值实现,认为:首先耕地资源的各种价值没有得到公平合理的实现;其次政府可以通过建立适当的机制来保障耕地各价值主体的利益。
Cultivated land is the most precious wealth for the peasants of China. Although strict protection of cultivated land has been implemented, quick loss of cultivated land and damage of the peasants＇ interests have not been fundamentally improved. The system and the realization of cultivated land value in China are studied in this paper by means of literature research, descriptive research and qualitative analysis, with the conclusions that the values of cultivated land resources is not realized fairly and reasonably and that government can protect the interests of every subject of value of cultivated land by way of establishing appropriate mechanism.
