玉米细胞质雄性不育突变无性系选育

摘要 报道了利用生物技术,从具正常细胞质的优良自交系5003体细胞中,选出细胞质雄性不育(CMS)突变无性系(编号:92-1A)的初步结果。多年对92-1A分析表明,92-1A的不育性是稳定遗传的核质互作型,不育性的恢复是受1对显性核基因所控制,不育性可由反B保持、由E28恢复。92-1A在抗大、小斑病和与E28的配合力上,保持或略优于亲本5003。 The cytoplasmic male sterile (CMS) mutant somaclone (92-1A) was selected by biotechnology from the somatic cell of finest 5003 maize selfedcross line with normal cytoplasm.The results from 92-1A showed that its sterility was stable genetic cytoplastic nuclear interaction.Sterile restores was controlled by a pair dominant nucleus genes.The 92-1A remained the same character as its parants or better on resisting leaf brisht of corn and specifc combining ability with E 28 etc.
