摘要 磁共振弥散加权成像(DWI)是目前惟一能够检测活体组织内水分子扩散运动的无创性方法。随着磁共振成像设备性能的提高,尤其是回波平面成像序列的开发,DWI应用范围已经从最初的中枢神经系统发展到体部,人们对其在疾病诊断及科研中作用的认识也不断提高。由于肾小管特殊的排列方式,以及肾小球滤过、肾小管分泌和重吸收等功能的特殊性,使得肾脏DWI成像引起了众多学者的兴趣,本文对肾脏DWI国内外相关研究进展予以综述。 Abstract:MR diffusion-weighted imaging (diffusion weighted imaging, DWI)is the only non-invasise methods by which we can detect the spread sport of water molecules in biopsy. With the improvement of MRI equipment performance,the scope of its application in recent years has moved from the initial development of the central nervous system to the body. The understanding of people for the DWI disease diagnosis and its role in scientific research is also rising. Because of the special arrangement of tubular and unique functions of glomerular filtration, tubular secretion and reabsorption, the DWI imaging of kidneys drew in many scholars interests. In this article we only reviewed the research advancement of kidney DWI.
