摘要
目的:研究参芪扶正注射液的药效物质基础。方法:利用多种色谱方法进行成分分离,根据物理化学性质和波谱学数据分析对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从注射液原料粉中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为芒柄花素(formononetin,1)、芒柄花素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(formononetin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,2)、毛蕊异黄酮(caly-cosin,3)、毛蕊异黄酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,4)、9,10-二甲氧基紫檀烷-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9,10-dimethoxypeterocarpan-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,5)、黄芪甲苷(astragaloside Ⅳ,6)、异黄芪皂苷Ⅰ(isoastragaloside Ⅰ,7)、异黄芪皂苷Ⅱ(isoastragaloside Ⅱ,8)、乙酰黄芪皂苷Ⅰ(acetylastragaloside Ⅰ,9)、5-羟甲基糠醛(5-h.roxymethyl-furaldeh.e,10)、丁香苷(syringin,11)、果糖(fructose,12)。结论:该制剂以黄酮苷及皂苷为主要药效成分。
Objective: To isolate and identify efficienct components of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection. Methods: Compounds were isolated by AB-8 macroporous resin, silica gel column chromatography, gel column and recrystallization. Physicochemical characters and spectral analysis were employed to identify structures of compound isolated. Resuits: Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as formononetin (1), formononetin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), calycosin ( 3 ) , calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 4 ), 9, 10-dimethoxypeterocarpan-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), astragaloside Ⅳ (6), isoastragaloside I (7), isoastragaloside Ⅱ ( 8 ), acetylastragaloside Ⅰ (9), 5-hydroxymethyl-furaldehyde(10), syringin( 11 ), fructose (12) . Conclusion: Flavonoid glycoside and saponin are mostly efficienct components of the injection.
