摘要
采用幼胚培养,结合EMS诱变处理,以羟脯氨酸(HYP)为选择剂,选择出抗羟脯氨酸的甘蓝型油菜突变体,发现抗性系比原始系耐聚乙二醇(PEG)、NaCl及低温的能力加强,抗性系再生植株后代具有早熟、耐菌核病、优质的特性,产量比对照高49.3%,含油量比对照高18.3%,油酸与亚油酸总量达到86.22%,芥酸和亚麻酸有所降低。结果说明抗羟脯氨酸突变体应用于油菜的品种改良是行之有效的。
The variant of Brassica napus resistant to hydroxyproline were obtained through young embryo culture in combination with mutagenic treatment by EMS (Ethylmethane sulphonate) and selection by hydroxyproline. An analysis showed that the resistant train was more tolerant to PEG,NaCl and cold than the original. Offspring's of plants regenerated from the resistant strain had earlier mature stage, more tolerance to sclerrotinia sclerotiorum and better quality. The yield was 49.32% higher than the control. And the oil content was 18.34% higher than the control. The sum of the content of oleic and linoleic acid was 86.22% and the contents of linolenic and erucic acid were decreased. They indicate that it's practical to improve crop variety by using variants resistant to hydroxyproline.
