摘要
无控制的换装井口作业是试油期间最大的安全隐患。针对实际情况,设计了一种新型的油管内防喷工具。该工具能完成井口装有采油树或安装防喷器时对油管的封堵,消除在更换井口时油管内发生井喷的安全隐患,有效杜绝井喷事故的发生。
Replacing wellhead without any control measures is the most dangerous operation in well testing.A new type of flow out preventer in tubing was designed to solve this problem.This new tool can close and plug the tubing when the wellhead or a flow out preventer has been installed,and so avoid efficiently occurring of blowing out in tubing when replacing the wellhead.
