摘要
分析和讨论了煤矿中广泛使用的带式输送机分类和工况条件,进行了自移装置液压系统设计,设计了一种结构简单、便于维护的带式输送机自移机尾装置,对转载机水平移动和爬坡移动进行了分析计算。较好地解决了带式输送机机尾移动时的反作用力对转载机下滑时产生的不利影响,将原来的滑动移动改为滚动移动,大大地提高了采煤机的工作效率,较好地适应煤炭开采运输的需要,具有明显的经济效益。
Bothe classification and working conditions for the belt conveyor used widely in the coal mines were analyzed and discussed, design for the hydraulic system with self-moving device was carried out. One kind of belt conveyor with self-moving tail device that had simple structure and easy maintenance was designed, both horizontal moving and climbing moving for the reversed loader were analyzed and calculated. Reacting force to adverse effects produced by the reversed loader glissading backward when tail device of the belt conveyor was moving was solved nicely, the original sliding movement was altered into rolling movement, the work efficiency of the coal mining machine was improved consumedly. It met the needs of mining and transport for the coal well and had obvious economic benefits.
