摘要
目前,我国社会全面转型,原有的行政管理方式和工作手段已很难适应新形势发展,为了适应"小政府、大社会"的发展趋势,需要有新的社会组织来承接政府"不用管、管不到、管不好"的社会公共事务。在农村社区引入社会工作专业队伍和组织,可以弥补我国社会转型中现行行政管理方式的不足,为有需要的个人、家庭、群体、机构和社区提供专业社会服务,预防和解决社会问题,化解社会矛盾。
With the overall transformation of society in China, former administrative management methods in rural communities are hard to meet the development of new era. In order to adapt the trend of “Small Government and Big Society,” new social organizations are badly needed to take over the social public affairs which are beyond the governments~ control,the governments will not control and the gov- ernments fail to control well. Therefore, introducing professional groups and organizations of social af- fairs in rural community can not only make up for the shortage of the current administrative methods in the social transformation but also provide professional service for individuals, families, groups, intuitions and communities so as to prevent and solve social problems and social contradictions.
