腹膜后节细胞神经瘤的影像学表现与病理分析 被引量:34

摘要 目的探讨腹膜后节细胞神经瘤的影像表现特征。方法回顾性分析经手术病理确诊的11例腹膜后节细胞神经瘤的影像学特征,并与手术病理结果对照。11例中8例接受B超检查;5例接受MR平扫及增强扫描;10例接受CT平扫,其中8例接受CT增强扫描。结果11例腹膜后节细胞神经瘤中,病灶位于右侧者7例,位于左侧者4例。所有病灶均边界清楚,圆形或类圆形6例,不规则形5例。CT平扫8例病灶密度均匀,与囊性病变密度接近,3例密度不均,可见少许斑点状、小条状钙化灶;增强扫描动脉期病灶无明显强化,静脉期及延迟期可见渐进性强化。T1WI病灶呈较均匀等或低信号,T2WI呈明显不均匀高信号;增强扫描动脉期无明显强化,延迟期可见不均匀轻或中度强化。结论腹膜后节细胞神经瘤具有一定的特征性影像学表现,有助于其诊断和鉴别诊断。 Objective To analyze the imaging features of retroperitoneal ganglioneuroma. Methods Imaging findings of 11 patients with retroperitoneal ganglioneuroma proved pathologically were reviewed retrospectively and compared with pathological results. US examinations were performed in 8 patients, MR plain scan and enhancement scan were performed in 5 patients, CT plain scan in 10 patients and enhancement scan in 8 patients. Results Among 11 patients with retroperitoneal ganglioneuroma, the lesions of 7 patients located in the right retroperitoneum and 4 in the left. All of the lesions had well-defined borders. The shapes of the lesions were round or oval in 6 patients and irregular in 5 patients. Unenhanced CT showed relatively homogeneous similar to cystic lesions in 8 patients, heterogeneous with seattered mottled or strip calcifications in 3 patients. No obvious enhancement in arterial phase, increasing enhancement in portal phase and delayed phase were observed with contrast-enhanced CT scan. At MR imaging, the lesions showed homogeneous isointensity or low intensity on T1WI and heterogeneous high intensity on T2WI. No obvious enhancement in arterial phase, slight to moderate enhancement in delayed phase appeared after enhancement. Conclusion Ganglioneuroma has some specific imaging features, and imaging examinations are greatly helpful for its diagnose and differential diagnosis.
