副溶血弧菌引起中国对虾红腿病的组织病理及防治 被引量:10

Studies on Prevention, Treatment and Tissue Pathology of the Red Leg-Disease of Penaeus orientalis Caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus

摘要 用52种药物对中国对虾红腿病致病菌──副溶血弧菌进行药物敏感试验,结果表明:氯霉素、复方新诺明、红霉素、痢特灵等抑菌能力最强。选择氯霉素、复方新诺明作为预防和治疗的首选药物,结果,用二者制作药饵,预防效果好,但治疗效果较差,用二者药浴效果也差。池塘生产试验证明,二者可有效控制病情。组织病理显示:病虾心脏、鳃。 Vibrio Parahaemolyticus are highly sensitive to Chloramphenicol, SMZ-TMP and Erythromycin, etc. In order to prevent and treat the red leg-disease of the Penaeus orientalis caused by vibrio parahaemolyticus, many experiments were conducted with 52 kinds of drugs to inhibit the pathogenic bacteria. The experimental results show: Chloramphenicol, SMZ-TMP and Erythromycin, have the strongest function to inhibit the pathogenic bacteria; feeding on medical diets made of Chloramphenicol or SMZ-TMP will gain good preventive effect, but the curative effect is bad. The tissue pathology show a vast amount of pathogenic bacteria may be visible on the heart, gill and liver zone.
