摘要
采用结构方程模型结合166家供应链上下游企业的调查数据,通过引入知识获取这一中介变量对供应链中企业组织学习能力与合作绩效的关系进行了实证研究,其中合作绩效分为主观合作绩效与客观合作绩效。研究表明:组织学习能力与知识获取、主观合作绩效有显著的正相关关系,知识获取与客观合作绩效、主观合作绩效有显著的正相关关系,组织学习能力与客观合作绩效相关关系不显著。
We conduct an empirical research on the relationship between the organizational learning capability and the cooperation performance in the supply chain by introducing the knowledge acquisition as an intermediary variable and by using the data of 166 enterprises. In this paper, the cooperation performance is divided into subjective cooperation performance and objective cooperation performance. The study reveals that the organizational learning capability is positively correlated with the knowledge acquisition and the subjective cooperation performance, and the knowledge acquisition is positively correlated with the objective cooperation performance and the subjective cooperation performance. In addition, the correlation between the organizational learning capability and the objective cooperation performance is not notable.
