摘要
秸秆定量装置是多功能玉米联合收获机的关键部件之一,用于定量堆放收割后的玉米秸秆。本文介绍了玉米秸秆定量装置的组成与工作过程,通过对该装置自动仓门系统动力学特性的分析和数值模拟,生成了自动仓门系统动力学特性曲线,为两个拉力弹簧弹性系数及其挂接位置的选择提供了参考,并可为玉米秸秆定量装置其它技术参数的确定提供理论依据。
Straw quantitative mechanism is one of the key components for multi-function corn harvester, which is used for stacking quantificationally corn straw after being harvested. This paper introduces the structure and the straw quantitative mechanism. By dynamics analysis and numerical simulation on automatic door system, dynamics characteristic curves for the automatic door system were generated, that can provides a reference for choice of spring elasticity coefficient and articulated location, and can provides a theoretical basis for determination of other technical parameters with prototype.
