大型基坑工程数字化施工仿真方法研究与应用 被引量:12

摘要 基于地理信息系统(GIS)的三维动态可视化仿真技术(3DVS),提出了实现基坑工程施工系统三维可视化数字模型的构造与施工过程动态仿真的方法,并实现了大型基坑工程的图形辅助建模与全过程动态可视化施工仿真。基于前期研究成果———三维数字地层,探讨了大型基坑工程三维可视化数字模型的构造方法与相应数据库标准的建立,依据关系型数据库建立了基坑全逆作法施工过程动态仿真途径。图形辅助建模采用层次化和模块化建模思想,通过组合图形元素建立模型,有效降低了建模的复杂性。全过程动态仿真采用离散事件系统仿真思想,调用关系型数据库,实现施工过程的模型块组合,对整个施工动态过程进行动态仿真。最后结合上海世博会重要配套项目500kV世博变电站基坑工程,开发了一个能科学、直观、逼真地表现大型基坑工程施工的三维可视化仿真系统。 Based on 3D dynamic visual simulation technology of GIS, this article puts forward 3D visual digital modal and construction process simulation method for pit engineering construction system. Graphical modeling, dynamic simulations of the entire construction process visualization were realized. Firstly, based on 3D geologic strata model,the 3D visual digital model construction method and corresponding standard database establishment are discussed. According to the relational database, the dynamic simulation path for the whole up - down construction method of pit construction process is set up. Graphical modeling facilitates the establishment of simulation model by combining graphic model elements based on hierarchical modular modeling theory. The entire process used basic concept of discrete event system simulation and relational database for carrying out a combination of the construction models, thus the dynamic simulation for entire dynamic construction progress is carried out. At last,a large 3D visual simulation system of foundation pit engineering is developed based'an the World Expo 500kV transformer substation foundation pit project of Shanghai World Exhibition.
