The mechanisms of post-ischemic conditioning on prevention of myocardial ischemia and ischemic/reperfusion injury

摘要 缺血后处理作为一种内源性心肌保护机制,与抑制再灌注时氧自由基的堆积,中性粒细胞的活化,抑制细胞内及线粒体内钙超载,以及抑制再灌注所致心律失常等密切相关,且与细胞凋亡及补救酶等的激活亦有关联,在防治心肌缺血再灌注损伤过程中具有重要的作用。文中对近年来国内外有关缺血后处理心肌保护作用机制的研究进展和趋势作一综述。
