摘要
目的探讨有效可操作的普通二级护理患者晨间护理护士手消毒方法。方法6名护士分戴手套消毒组、徒手消毒组和徒手不消毒组各2名,分别完成每天晨间护理,每组完成1个床位后采取标本,3组每天均连续采集10个床位的标本,送细菌室检测菌落数,连续采集10天,共600个标本。结果戴手套消毒组细菌检测合格率为100%(200/200),徒手消毒组细菌检测合格率为98%(196/200),徒手不消毒组细菌检测合格率为34%(68/200)。结论护士戴手套消毒完成普通二级护理患者晨间护理,坚持一床一消毒,符合医院感染管理要求。
Objective To investgated the effective and feasible hand disinfection Methodsin morning care. Methods the nurses performing morning care were allocated to three groups： hand disinfection plus wearing glove group, hand disinfection group and non-disinfection group. After ten beds morning care ,the specimen was adopted and then examiedf for ten days. Results The germqualification ratio in hand disinfection and wearing glove group, hand disinfection group and non-disinfection group was 100% ,98% and 34% respectively. Conclusion The morning care with glove-worn and hand disinfection not only meet the request of hospital infection managment, but also protect nurses themselves. It is feasible too.
