摘要
介绍华能邯峰发电厂WKTA250/1型凝结水精处理泵大修后电机振动大的故障状况,并对故障原因和处理过程进行分析,在大修更换部件及安装工艺上找到了原因,通过调整,设备达到理想运行状态,为其它电厂同类故障处理提供了参考。
This paper introduces failure state of large motor vibration of WKTA250/1 vertical condensate polishing pump after overhauling, and analyzes the failure cause and settlement process, and at last,finds the reasons are assembly replacing during overhauling and installing technics. Through adjusting and failure removing, the operation state of equipments gets well.
