摘要
从企业重构特点分析入手，结合组织变革的自身历史发展，在分析信息技术与组织重构关系基础上，指出面向信息系统管理组织将趋向于一种既集中又灵活的柔性特征。认为网状多功能项目小组将是组织重构较优的过渡模式，面向对象的组织将成为工厂的新型组织模式。
Based on a discussion on the relationship between information technology and organization regenration, the characteristic of BPR (business process regeneration)is analyzed with reference of the history of organization refor,. It is presented that there is a trend for an information oriented organizationto become centraliaed and flexible and that netty multi functional team is a favorableinterim mode. Object oriented organiztion in the future.
