摘要
对窄叶青8号(籼稻)/京系17(粳稻)的F1进行花药培养,获得了含有132个株系的加倍单倍体(DH)群体.利用该群体构建了含有444个标记的水稻高密度分子连锁图谱,覆盖水稻基因组1962cM,标记间的平均图距小于5cM.同时,定位了一些重要的质量性状和数量性状基因座位,如稻瘟病抗性,产量,米质和花药培养力等.
A high density genetic linkage map comprised of 444 loci was constructed using 132 doubled haploid lines derived from a cross between a indica variety,Zhaiyeqing,and a japonica variety, Jingxi17. The map covered the rice genome of 1 962 cM an average density of less than 5 cM. Interval mapping was performed to locate some important quality and quantitative train loci, such as rice blast resistance, yield, grain quality and anther culturability etc.
