摘要
目的评价乌司他丁联合阿拓莫兰治疗多器官功能障碍综合征临床疗效。方法50例多器官功能障碍综合征患者随机分为实验组(n=25)和对照组(n=25),实验组在常规治疗的基础上联合应用乌司他丁和阿拓莫兰,对照组仅采用常规治疗,评价治疗前后生化指标和预后差异。结果实验组各项检测指标变化明显,临床效果显著,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乌司他丁联合阿拓莫兰治疗多器官功能障碍综合征效果显著。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Glutathione（GSH） combining Ulinastatin（UTI） in treating Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome（MODS）.Methods 50 patients with MODS were randomly divided into test group（n=25） and control group（n=25）,the test group were treated with Glutathione and Ulinastatin on the basis of conventional treatment,the control group were treated only with conventional treatment,and then evaluate the biochemical indicators and prognosis.Results The levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and MDA in test group were significantly lower than the control group,adversely,SOD was higher（P〈0.05）.Indicators of liver,heart and kidney were distinctive with the control group significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Glutathione combining with Ulinastatin are significantly effective in treating MODS.
