摘要
NaCl处理后,灰绿藜整个叶片内N+a和Cl-积累,但叶绿体内仅少量增加.叶绿体与叶片的K+浓度都降低.NaCl导致灰绿藜叶片的渗透势和水势降低,但膨压稍增大.NaCl处理后,灰绿藜叶片净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、细胞间隙CO2浓度都下降,气孔限制值和水分利用效率增大.
After NaCl treatment, Na+ and Cl- concentrations in leaves of Chenopodium glaucum L. Were much increased, but less in chloroplasts, K+ concentrations in leaves and chloroplasts both decreased. NaCl lowered the osmotic potential and water potential of C. glaucum L. leaves, but increased the pressure potential a little. Net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate and internal CO2 concentration were all decreased by NaCl, but stomatal limitation of phtosynthesis and water use efficiency increased.
