摘要
渐开线少齿差行星齿轮传动受到世界各国的广泛关注,成为世界各国在机械传动方面的重点研究方向之一。多轴摆动减速器是为了达到机械传动技术提出的新要求而改进的一种新型传动装置,结构简单、紧凑。对现有的三环减速器结构进行了分析和讨论,充分利用了少齿差传动的原理,采用了多轴旋转带动内齿轮高速平动以便输入动力、外齿轮轴低速自转直接将转矩输出的结构方式。通过相对角速度法和虚位移原理分别计算出传动比和外齿轮的输出转矩,得出该减少器可以实现降低转速,增加转矩的功能,是符合现代机械对传动技术的新要求的一种新型传动装置。
The involute few teeth difference planetary transmission is widly spread attented by many countries, becomes one of key research directions in mechanical transmission. The gear reducer is a new transmission equipment,which fill the demand of machinnery technology, and the structure is very simple and compact. The structural theory of Three-Ring Gear Reducer has been analyzed and discussed . Through adequately making use of the theory of few teeth difference transmission, adopting structure of power input with oscillating multi-axis, let outer-gear axis output the large wring. With the method of relatively angular velocity and theory of virtual displacement, the transmission ratio and output torque are calculated, which can improve that the reducer can reduce the rotalional speed, as well as increase the torque. The novel gear reducer gives new way to meet the needs of the developing mechanical transmission.
