摘要
针对传统汽车车身继电器控制系统的诸多弊端,提出一种基于LIN协议的车身控制及仪表系统方案。系统中LIN总线的主机节点通过多路开关采集器件MC33993检测车内的组合开关、翘板开关信号及反馈输入信号,并把开关信号通过LIN总线发送给系统中的从机;从机节点根据从LIN总线得到的开关信息采用智能半导体功率开关器件控制相应负载,使系统具有过压、过载保护功能,还能对负载进行过流或断路故障诊断;出现过流时驱动器会自动关断负载,提高了控制系统的安全性和使用寿命。
This paper presented a design scheme of auto body control and instrument system based on the LIN protocol, according to the disadvantages of traditional auto body relay control system. In the system, the LIN bus's host node detected the signal of its combined switch and rocker switch and feedback input signal through multi-channel switch collecting device MC33993. And then it sent the switch signal to the slave system by LIN bus. The slave node used its intelligent semiconductor power-switch devices to control corresponding load according to the switch information received from LIN bus, which can make the system has the function of over-voltage as well as overload protection, and can carry on load flow or circuit fault diagnosis. The driver can automatically turn off load when over-current occurs, so it improves the safety and use life of the control system.
