摘要 选用纳米TiO2作为填料,经表面亲油改性,采用活性单体交联和紫外光固化,制备了一种新型高耐磨性路标涂料.讨论了TiO2、光引发剂、活性单体用量及种类对涂料耐磨性的影响.结果表明:较适宜的添加量为:纳米TiO2用量为12%(W);活性单体为双官能度且用量10%;光引发剂用量为6%. With TiO2 nanometer particulate as stuff, the novel highly wearable coating for road signs was prepared by means of UV solidification and active monomer cross linking after surface lipoohile modification. The effects on wear resistance by TiO2 nanometer particulate, photoinitiator, as well as the amount and kind of active monomer was studied. The result shows that good outcome can be obtained provided that the weight of nanometer TiO2 was 12% (W), bifunctional active monomer was 10%, and photoinitiator was 6%.
