摘要
企业所有权配置是为企业内行为主体进行权力竞争的结果。处于生命周期不同阶段的高新技术企业行为主体的权力竞争力状态不同,导致其权力配置结构不同。高新技术企业在发展阶段中,股东和各类人力资本的权力竞争力动态变化,导致企业的权力安排的动态变化。因此,高新技术企业在成长过程中应相机选择对人力资本投资的激励机制。
Power allocation of an enterprise is the main result of the power competition of various enterprise players. The power competence of players varies at different stages of the life cycle of high-tech enterprises, which results in different power structure. At each stage of enterprise growth, shareholders and various types of human capital of high-tech enterprises change their power competence dynamically, leading to dynamic power arrangements. Therefore, the high-tech enterprises should correspondingly select the incentive mechanize for the investment of human capital.
