摘要
机电类专业具有现代科学学科交叉性和融合性的显著特点,其专业教学团队建设应考虑团队成员学历结构、职称结构、年龄结构和学缘结构。在团队建设过程中,应做到团队建设与专业带头人培养、课程建设、专业建设、教科研和实训基地建设相结合,还要合理定位教学团队建设目标,建立有效的激励机制、考核评价机制和运行机制,并加强教师"双师"素质培养。
The core content of implementing two level management is to reduce management center,decentralize management power and give full play to the functions of departments.There exist many problems in the process of concrete implementation,such as decentralization,power monitoring,managers' quality,equity and efficiency.Solutions are:follow the principle of graduality and cautiousness and establish two level management mechanism gradually;define responsibilities and rights reasonably and streamline the relationship among all levels;optimize the supervision and restriction mechanism and play the role of evaluation orientation;strengthen capacity-building and improve management level.
