摘要
目的探讨婴幼儿开腹术中低体温对凝血功能的影响。方法将1d~3岁的36例患儿随机分为A组(保温组)和B组(低温组)。所有患儿术前、术后均测定体温(T)、血小板计数(PLT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TF)、纤维蛋白原定量(Fbg),并对术前、术后各指标值进行比较。结果A组各指标手术前后无明显变化;B组,和术前相比,各项指标变化明显,除血小板数下降外,其他指标均呈上升趋势(差异有统计学意义)。结论婴幼儿腹部手术,低体温可影响患儿的凝血功能。
Objective To explore the effects of hypothermia on coagulation function of baby patients during laparotomy. Methods Thirty -six patients aged one day to three years, were divided randomly into group A as control group and group B as treating group. Before and after operation, among all patients, the temperature(T), platelet count(PLT), prothrombin time(PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) , thrombin time (TT) and fibrinogen (Fbg) were measured and these pre - and postoperative values were compared. Result In group A, parameters were not different between preoperation and postoperation. In Group B, T and PLT were lower postoperatively compared with those preoperative values. The level of PT, APTT, TT and Fbg increased significancy after operation. Conclusion Hypothermia can influence coagulation in infants and children under going abdominal operation.
