摘要
简要介绍了脉冲半导体激光器驱动电源的设计原理,重点阐述了电路设计中,可能危及脉冲半导体激光器安全工作的几个隐患,同时针对隐患如何从电路上解决,提出解决办法。文中最后给出了设计的驱动电源的实测电路波形。
The design principle about the power supply for the pulse laser diode is discussed briefly. The ciwuit faults which possibly damage the laser diode and measures that must be taken for safe operation of laser diode are explained in detail. Finally the actual current wave measured is presented.
