肥胖对2型糖尿病外周血管病变的影响

摘要 测定入选的T2DM128例ABI,根据ABI分组,合并外周血管病变(ABI<0.9=为1组共27例,ABI≥0.9为2组共101例,比较两组的体重指数、腰臀比、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素抵抗指标。结果:1组体重指数、腰臀比、HOMA-IR高于2组(P<0.05)。结论:T2DM合并下肢动脉病变患者存在肥胖。
