摘要
通过在10家医院中选取医护人员进行问卷调查及个人深入访谈,发现医护人员对医患关系和谐程度评分为59.9分,不同级别医院间存在差异,低级别医院评分较高(农村县医院评分为66.8分,乡镇卫生院评分为77.4分)。可能的医方因素包括医患沟通情况、工作压力及自觉职业风险情况。由此可见,改善医患关系需要医护人员、医疗机构和社会的共同努力。
Doctors and nurses in 10 hospitals were selected for questionnaire investigation and in--depth interviewees. It found that the score of that relationship, graded by doctors and nurses, was 59.9 in average. The score was not the same in different level hospitals and was much higher in hospitals of low level（the score in country hospitals was 66.8 and the score in township hospitals was 77.4}. The influencing factors from doctor＇s side included the communication, the pressure of work and consciousness of occupational risk. It gets the conclusion that to improve the doctor--patient relationship needs doctors and nurses, the hospitals and society unit to work on it altogether.
