摘要
金属化有机薄膜电容器在制造过程中由于金属化电极发生连续性自愈,致使制造工艺失控。根据自愈机理,采取控制外加压力和电压,恰当选择金属化膜方阻等措施,从而改善工艺,降低废品率。
In the production of metallized capacitors, the procedures would be out of control because of continuous selfhealing. According to the selfhealing mechanism, the technology and yield can be improved by controlling the applied pressure and voltage, and correctly choosing sheet resistance of resistive film, etc. (no refs)
