摘要
清朝时期在贵州民族地区创建了几百所义学,发展教育。究其原因,主要是清王朝为巩固其统治而大力发展教育以推广教化、贵州民族地区相对落后的教育现状急需改变、在贵州任职的部分满汉官员极力要求开办义学教育、部分地方官员和士绅捐资办学、政府选择当地生员任教等。
In Qing Dynasty hundreds of charitable schools were established to develop education in Guizhou minority areas, the reasons of which were that the Qing government made great efforts to develop education to generalize the civilization in order to consolidate its rule, that the situation that the education in Guizhou minority areas was relatively backward needed improvement, that some Man and Han officials who worked in Guizhou urged to establish charitable school education, that some local officials and gentlemen denoted money for education, that government selected the local teachers, and so on.
