胺碘酮治疗急性心肌梗死后室性心律失常影响的研究 被引量：30

摘要 目的探讨胺碘酮治疗急性心肌梗死后室性心律失常的临床治疗方法及效果。方法选择北京铁营医院及北京博爱医院2002年8月至2005年12月收治的急性心肌梗死合并室性心律失常患者154例,静脉注射胺碘酮及给予口服剂量,对治疗效果进行研究。结果利多卡因组总有效55例(74.3%),胺碘酮组总有效73例(91.25%);胺碘酮组用药前后心率及常规十二导联心电图、LVEF、FS、E/A指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胺碘酮治疗急性心肌梗死合并室性心律失常安全有效。
