摘要
目的分析2例线粒体脑肌病临床、影像及病理特点。方法对我院收治的两例线粒体脑肌病患者,行头CT、MRI、CTA及病理检查。结果临床特征及影像学特征支持线粒体脑肌病诊断,经病理证实确诊。结论线粒体脑肌病具有特征临床、影像及病理特点,但早期诊断仍较困难。
Objective To analyze the clinical, imaging and pathology characteristics of two mitoehondrial eneephalomyopalhy（ME） cases. Methods Two in hospital mitoehondrial eneephalomyopathy cases were checked by CT, MRI,CTA and muscle biopsy. Results Both eases＇clinical and pathology characteristics support the diag- nostic of ME, and final diagnosis comes from muscle biopsy. Conclusion ME has special clinical, image and pathology characteristics, but early diagnostic is still difficult.
