摘要
本文从当前高职高专教育人才培养的新形势、新情况出发,分析高职高专学生的特点和社会人才需求趋势,提出了整合各类教学资源,重视学生实践环节的教学和训练的思路,特别就如何加强学生实战能力的训练和培养,有力提升学生的就业应职能力,进行了有益的探索。
On the new situation of Higher Vocational Education, this article analyzes the characteristics of the students in the higher vocational colleges and social trends in the demand for talents, suggests that we must integrate all kind of learning resources and must pay attention to teaching and training the practical ability of students, especially on the actual projects, then we can promote the vocational ability of students strongly.
