摘要
目的:描述广东省医院护理人力及教育现状,分析存在的问题并提出建议。方法:采用自行设计的调查表,对广东省166家二级、三级医院进行调查。结果:①三级、二级医院平均医护比分别为1:1.29、1:1.14,500张床位以上的医院平均床护比为1:0.52,低于卫生部颁布标准(P<0.01)。②护理人员起始学历中,研究生、本科、大专、中专和无专业学历者所占比例分别是:0.01%、1.94%、8.07%、88.52%、1.46%;相应的目前学历分别是:0.10%、4.66%、29.96%、64.30%、0.98%。结论:①广东省医院临床一线护理人力不足。②护理人员学历有所提高,但仍以中专学历为主。建议5年内三级医院护理人员的学历结构逐步达到:中专占30%、大专及以上占70%,二级医院逐步达到:中专占50%、大专及以上占50%。
Objective: To investigate human resources and education status of nurses in Guangdong Province, then analyze existing problems and provide suggestions accordingly. Methods: A serf-designed questionnaire was used to make a survey in 166 hospitals. Results: (1) The average phy sician-nurse ratio was 1:1.29 in Level-3 hospitals and 1:1.14 in Level-2 hospitals. The average bed-nurse ratio of general hospitals with more than 500 beds was 1:0.52, which was significantly lower than the standard set by the Ministry of Health (P 〈 0.01). (2) Among all of the nurses, the distribution of original education level was technical secondary diploma (88.52%), advanced diploma (8.07%), baccalaureate degree (1.94%), and master's degree (0.01%). Currently there were 64.30% secondary diploma holders, and 0.10% with master's degree, 4.66% with baccalaureate degree, and 29.96% with advanced diploma. Conclusions (1) Nurse shortage is a problem in Guangdong. (2) Educational qualifications of nurses have been improved, but the majority of nurses are still secondary diploma holders. The authors suggested that the education level of nurses should gradually achieve the goal which the proportion between technical secondary diploma and advanced diploma plus above attain 3:7 and 5:5 in Level-3 hospital and Level-2 hospital, respectively.
