摘要
报道了以940~990nm可调谐钛宝石激光泵浦下Er:Yb:Cr混掺Kigre磷酸盐玻璃薄片中的红、绿频率上转换的实验结果并分析了双光子作用机制。频率上转换的激发光谱表明,在940~990nm的激光波长范围内均有可见荧光发射,而975nm为最佳泵浦波长。在不同的激励波长泵浦下,上转换荧光辐射强度与入射泵浦功率对数曲线的微分斜率从低泵浦的1.8减至高泵浦的0.6,并讨论了该饱和效应的机理。
The greed and red upconversion in a Er:Yb:Cr codoped phosphate Kigreglass microchip has been experimentally studied under a tunable Ti:sapphire laser pumping, and the two-photon cooperation mechanism is proposed to analyze the experimental results.It has been shown that there exists significant visible upconversion emission with a wide interval of excitation wavelength range from 940 to 990 um, and the optimal pumping wavelength is at 975 nm. Excited with a variety of pumping wavelengths, the differential slope of the logarithmic dependence of upconverted intensity on pump power decreased generally from 1.8 to 0.6 as the pumped level was increased. Such a saturation effect is also discussed with the view point of the pumping absorptionsaturation.
