摘要
本文研究了以碳酸氢铵(NH4HCO3)作为氮源时,不同浓度的氮和氮磷比(N/P)对小球藻生长的影响。在培养液中添加氮(N)质量浓度分别为0、50、100mg/L的碳酸氢铵(NH4HCO3)和磷(P)质量浓度为0、3、6mg/L的磷酸二氢钠(NaH2PO4),进行双因素试验,结果显示,添加N50mg/L、P3mg/L时小球藻的细胞密度、吸光度(OD)值和单位体积叶绿素等生长指标均显著高于其他各处理组(P<0.05)。然后缩小浓度梯度进一步试验,分别添加N浓度为40、50、60mg/L和P浓度为2、3、4mg/L,结果表明,添加N50mg/L时小球藻的各种生长指标高于N40mg/L和N60mg/L组(P<0.05),其中N50mg/L、P3mg/L组合效果最明显。综上所述,NH4HCO3作为N源、NaH2PO4作为P源时,小球藻生长的最适N、P浓度分别为50mg/L和3mg/L,N/P为16.7∶1。
The effects of different concentration and N/P value on the growth of chlorella vulgaris with NH4CO3 as nitrogen (N) sources and NaH2PO4 as phosphorus (P) sources were investigated.The results showed that the group(N 50 mg/L,P 3 mg/L) had the best effect on the growth after adding NH4HCO3(0,50,100 mg/L)and NaH2PO4(0,3,6 mg/L). Then the range of N and P concentrations were shortened to make the further study.The biomass,growth rate and chlorophyll content of chlorella in the group of adding N50 mg/L were higher than other groups.The group of N 50 mg/L and P 3 mg/L had the best effect compared with the other groups,after added NH4HCO3 (40,50,60 mg/L)and NaH2PO4(2,3,4 mg/L).In conclusion,the optimum combination is N 50 mg/L,P 3 mg/L,and the N/P ratio at 16.7:1 in the experiment.
