摘要
大型钢铁企业炼钢连铸生产工艺复杂、设备众多、生产过程存在随机因素和不确定性因素,因此,充分发挥经验丰富的调度专家在生产过程中的决策作用显得尤为重要。研究了炼钢连铸动态调度策略,在此基础上开发了基于图形化编辑平台的炼钢连铸动态调度仿真系统,综合集成了扰动设定、扰动发生、动态跟踪、扰动识别、人机交互和模型优化功能。利用在线数据,进行了离线仿真。仿真结果表明:该软件提供的图形化编辑集成平台可以实现对计划快速、有效的动态优化调度,同时为深入研究炼钢连铸动态调度方法提供了集成的实验平台。
Taking advantage of decision making of scheduling experts is very important because of complex production, multi-device, randomness, and uncertainty in the large-scale iron and steel corporations. Simulating system of dynamic scheduling for steelmaking and continuous casting based on graphic edit platform was developed on the basis of studying scheduling strategy. The system integrates disturb setting, disturb generating, disturb identifying, man-machine and model optimization. The software system was tested by online data. Results show that graphic edit platform can dynamic optimal schedule rapidly and efficiently.
