摘要
企业要想持续发展,必须通过培养企业整体学习氛围,建立起一种能适应新形势下市场竞争的、有机的、能持续发展的学习型企业。从学习目的、学习氛围和员工培训三方面探讨了学习型企业的建设。
The enterprise that wants to realize the sustainable development must establish itself into an organic learning-type enterprise that can fit in with the market competition and develop sustainably under the new situation through cultivating the whole learning environment of enterprise. This paper probes into the construction of learning-type enterprise from three aspects of the learning target, learning atmosphere and staff training.
