摘要
利用季铵盐(CTAB)作插层剂对蒙脱土进行了离子交换改性处理,制得了有机化蒙脱土。考察了插层剂用量、反应时间、反应温度以及pH值等工艺参数对蒙脱土改性效果的影响,得出了最佳改性条件。采用XRD和FT-IR等手段对改性样品进行了表征。结果表明:有机插层剂进入到了蒙脱土的晶层结构中,并使得有机蒙脱土的晶面间距由1.25 nm增大到1.93 nm左右。
Organic montmorillonite (O -MMT) was prepared with montmorillonite (MMT) and quaternary ammonium salt(CTAB) as intercalation agent by ion- exchange reaction. The amount of modifier, reaction time, reaction temperature and pH which effected modification of montmorillonite were investigated, and the optimum conditions were obtained. The modified samples were characterized by XRD and FT - IR. The results showed that the modifier had been intercalated into the crystal interlayer space of the MMT, and the spacing of O - MMT layers increased from 1.25 nm to 1.93 nm.
