摘要
文章以内蒙古自治区为个案,论述了科技事业发展不同阶段的指导方针、基本原则和战略任务目标确定的时代背景和鲜明特征,高度概括了深刻认识科技发展阶段演进规律的重大意义,揭示了目前和较长一段时期科技发展所面临的主要矛盾,指出增强自主创新能力和建设创新型省区是科技发展进入新阶段的主要标志,并简要论述了建设创新型省区所面临的战略任务。
This article about the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is a sample, which discussed and deeply analyzed the background and distinctive features defined by every periods and different stages of technology development guidelines and basic principles and strategic objectives. Furthermore, it highly summarized the great significance of deep understanding of the science and technology development evolution pattern. Revealing the principal contradiction longer period technology development faced, the article pointed out that enhancing the ability of independent innovation and building an innovative province is the main symbol of new technology development level stage, finally, it described strategic works of building an innovative province briefly.
