摘要
目的:建立氨咖黄敏胶囊中人工牛黄的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:采用DiamonsilTM C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以四氢呋喃-乙腈-0.1%醋酸铵(pH4.7)(42∶22∶36)为流动湘,流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长:452nm,柱温:35℃。结果:胆红素进样量在0.0232~0.465μg范围内,与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9991),平均回收率(n=18)为99.9%。结论:HPLC法重复性好,且简便、易行,可用于氨咖黄敏胶囊剂中人工牛黄成分的检测。
Objective: To establish an method for determination of calculus bovis artifactus in paracetamol,caffein,atificial cow-bezoar and chlorphenamine maleate capsules by HPLC.Methods: Separation were performed on a C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)column of HPLC; The mobile phase consisted of tetrahydrofuran-acetonitrile-0.1% ammonium acetate(pH4.7)(42:22:36) at the flow rate of 1.0mL.min-1;the detection wavelength was 452nm and column temperature was 35℃.Results:The calibration curve was in the range of 0.0232-0.465μg(r=0.9991); the average recoveries(n=18) of bilirubin was 99.89%. Conclusion: The HPLC methods are simple and reliable for the controlling of the quality of paracetamol,caffeine,artificial cow-bezoar and chlorphenamine maleate capsules.
