摘要
重油掺水燃烧可提高锅炉的燃烧效率并能减少燃烧过程对环境的污染,但油和水的掺和比例不能是任意的.燃烧效率并不是一味地随着乳化油中水的含量增大而增大,只有在一定范围内燃烧效率是随着乳化油中水的含量增大而增大,超出该范围,燃烧效率不是增大,而是减少.文中提出了估算油水比例的“类欠阻尼系统”法及估算公式,提供了一种较为经济实用、运行可靠性高的工业锅炉重油掺水乳化燃烧控制系统.
It was proved that technology for the burning of a heavy oil mixed with water can raise the burning efficiency of boilers and decrease the atmospheric pollution. But the mixing proportion of oil with water is not arbitrary. A method to evaluate the proportion and a control system for the burning of a heavy oil mixed with water in industrial boiler with economic and reliable functions are introduced in the paper. The method is called a similar underdamping system(SUDS) means. It is shown that the efficiency of the burning of boilers can not be raised far and away as the addition of water mixed in the heavy oil is put on. So the efficiency is constrained within a certain range. An equation is also provided to define a mixing proportion of oil with water for the optimum running of boiler.
