摘要
某细纱机在工作转速范围内发生了较大的振动,为此用试验模态分析的方法对细纱机框架进行了振动研究。试验采用的是TD800机械状态监测软件系统,并应用了裾部影响消除法进行模态参数识别,得到了细纱机的墙板、梁及整个框架的固有频率和振型。结合试验模态分析的结果与整机的振动实验,最终找出了细纱机振动的结构原因,对如何改善细纱机的动力学特性提出了合理的建议。试验结果对细纱机的结构设计具有实际意义。
A spinning frame appeared intense vibration problem within working speed region. Using modal testing technique, the vibration of the spinning frame is analysised. Using TD800 machinary condition monitoring system, and Applied Gown Influence Elimination method to identify the modal parameters, the natural frequencies and vibration modes of the support plate, beams, and spinning frame are gotten. By combining the results of modal analysis with the vibration experiments of the whole spinning machine, the cause of exited intense vibration of the frame is found out. Some suggestions for the improvement of the dynamic properties are proposed. This research is helpfull to the design of the spinning frame.
