摘要
[目的]了解食品从业人员HBsAg携带情况,加强食品卫生监管工作,为制定乙型肝炎防治措施提供科学依据。[方法]对沂源县2006-2008年在县疾病预防控制中心体检的食品从业人员HBsAg检测资料进行分析。[结果]2006-2008年合计检测食品从业人员14418人,HBsAg阳性者381例,阳性率为2.64%。不同年份间的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。城乡间的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。男女间的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。[结论]该县食品从业人员HBsAg携带率虽低于一般人群,但食品行业易造成HBV的传播,采取有效措施预防乙肝在人群中的传播。
[Objective]To understand HBsAg carrying status among employees in food industry,in order to strengthen the supervision of food hygiene and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control measures of hepatitis B. [Methods]HBsAg test data of the employees in food industry in Yiyuan CDC from 2006 to 2008 were analyzed. [Results] From 2006 to 2008, a total number of 14 418 employees in food industry were tested; 381 HBsAg positive cases were detected, and the positive rate was 2.64 percent. There was no significant difference between different years (P〉 0. 05). Nor was there a significant difference between urban and rural areas ( P 〉0. 05). The differences between male and female workers were statistically significant ( P 〈0.05). [Conclusion]Although the rate of HBsAg(+) among employees in food industry in Yiyuan county is lower than the general population,it is advisable to take effective measures to prevent the spread of hepatitis B among the crowd since HBV often spread in the food industry.
