摘要
[目的]了解夏津县农村已婚妇女妇科患病情况，制定预防干预措施。[方法]2008年3～6月在夏津县农村抽取32961名已婚妇女进行妇科病检查。[结果]调查32961人，患有各种疾病者18435例，患病率为55．93％。在检出的各种疾病中，患病率从高到低依次为慢性宫颈炎、慢性盆腔炎／附件炎、阴道炎、乳腺疾病、子宫肌瘤、卵巢囊肿、外阴色素减退性疾病、生殖系统其他肿瘤；患病率分别为24．56％、15．81％、7．85％、3．83％、2．49％、1．04％、0．30％和0．05％。[结论]夏津县农村已婚妇女妇科疾病患病率较高。
[Objective]To understand the prevalence of common gynecological diseases among rural married women in Xiajin county,in order to make preventive measures. [Methods]Physical examination in Gynecology Department was conducted for 32 961 rural married women from March to June,2008. [Results]Of all the 32 961 women tested, 18 435 of them were detected to have different gynecological diseases, accounting for 55. 93%. The morbidity rate was 24.56% （chronic cervicitis）, 15.81% （chronic pelvic infection/ appendagitis）, 7.85 % （kysthitis）, 3.83 % （mastopathy）, 2.49 % （ uterine myoma）,1. 04% （ovarian cyst）,0.30%（vulva achromasia） and 0. 05 % （tumor of reproductive system）.[Conclusion]The prevalence rate of gynecological diseases among rural married women was high in Xiaiin county.
