摘要
格尔德霉素(Geldanamycin,GA)作为一种苯醌安莎霉素类抗生素,能与热休克蛋白90特异性结合,具有抗肿瘤、广谱抗病毒、抗原虫作用,同时还具有免疫调节等多种生物学活性[1]。本课题以吸湿链霉菌(streptomyces hygroscopicus)自然选育菌株N5300作为发酵试验菌株,在10L和30L发酵罐上通过发酵罐工艺条件的优化,提高发酵水平,为工业化生产提供可靠的理论依据。
Geldanamycin is an antibiotic of benzoquinone ansamycins,which has the ability to bind with heat shock protein 90,shows antitumor and broad spectrum antivirus and antiprotozoa and immunoregulation and so on multiplicate biologic activity. The Streptomyces hygroscopicus N5300 which was natural selected,was used as a fermentation examination strain. The fermention technological condition and fermentation medium were optimized in 10L and 30L fermentors in order to improve fermentation level and provid reliable data for industral production.
