随着市场竞争的日趋激烈,如何变革自身以适应动态、不确定的环境已成为第三方物流企业面临的最大难题。只有充分地审视自己所处的内外部环境,不断地调整自己,才能更好地生存和发展。许多第三方物流企业纷纷采用企业流程再造应对其面临的困境,希望通过企业流程再造增强企业竞争力,使企业的管理产生革命性的变化。
With the increasing competition in the market, TPL enterprises how change to adapt a dynamic state, and indetermination of the environment becomes the biggest nut at present. In order to survive and develop, TPL enterprises should adjust themselves based on the internal and external environment for the latest changes. Nowadays many TPL enterprise use BPR to solve their management problem and increase their competitive power.
