摘要
报道了短咽类吸虫Ｂｒａｃｈｙｌａｉｍａｓｐ．在中间宿主陆地蜗牛中的幼虫期：胞蚴、尾蚴和后蚴的形态及其在螺体中的自然感染情况的调查．发现尾蚴的尾部后排泄管的形态及开口位置不同于已报告种类；其在同型巴蜗牛Ｂｒａｄｙｂａｅｎａｓｉｍｉｌａｒｉｓ中的感染一年有一个高峰，主要在秋季，感染率达到３．０２％，春季感染率最低；一年的平均感染率为０．４２６６％．
This paper reports the infection of Brachylaima sp. larval stages in land snails. Observation were made on its biology with the larval stages such as the sporocysts,cercaria and metacercaria in land snails Bradybaena similaris.The appearance of larval stages are very similiar to Brachylaima mesostoma. But it is significantly different from the excretory canals of Brachylaima sp. cercaria, which not only has two anterior excretory canals but also has two posterior excretory canals which go through the short triangular tail and open at the excretory pore in the end of caudal part. Whereas in the cercariae of Brachylaima mesostoma, two excretory canals open at the both sides of the body and caudal part connection region. They do not go through the whole caudal part. The final host infectional experiments were taken by feeding chicken and white mouse with metacercaria of Brachylaima sp.,but unsuccess. The further experiments including metacercaria culturing and final host infecting have been continuing. The seasonal infection rates for Brachylaima sp. larval stages in land snails Bradybaena similaris have been investigated the whole year round with the result that show high incidence of infection in the summer time and reach its peak in the fall (from August to October) and drops down in winter months.
