摘要
以波斯顿蕨走茎茎尖为外植体,对离体再生培养技术进行了研究。结果表明,最佳诱导培养基为MS+BA0.5mg/L,诱导率为90%;增殖培养基为MS+BA0.7mg/L,增殖系数为7.2;孢子体分化培养基为MS+BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L,诱导率可达到92%;适宜的生根培养基为MS+IBA0.2mg/L+0.1%活性炭,生根率为100%。
Using the stem apex of the stolon of Nephrolepis exaltata as explants, we studied the method of cuhuration in vitro of Nephrolepis exaltata. It showed that the most appropriate induction culture medium was MS +BA 0.5 mg/L, and the induction ratio was 90%. The most appropriate proliferation culture medium was MS + BA 0.7 mg/L, multiplication coefficient was to be 7.2; The optimum culture medium for was MS + BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L, and the induction ratio was 92%; The most appropriate rooting culture medium was MS + IBA 0.2 mg/L + 0.1% Ac, and the rooting ratio was up to 100%.
